Andrew Walkley

Andrew Walkley has 25 years’ experience as a teacher, trainer and materials writer. He is currently the co-director of Lexical Lab (lexicallab.com) an educational services provider specialising in course design and consultancy, material writing and teacher training. With Lexical Lab, he runs a variety of training courses for people in English Language education as part of a Summer school. He is the co-author of several coursebook series – Outcomes, Innovations and Perspectives (National Geographic Learning) and the methodology book Teaching Lexically (Delta Publishing).

Flo Feast

Flo has been working in ELT since 2010 and is CELTA and Delta-qualified. She has worked as a teacher, CELTA and Delta trainer, content developer and examiner in the UK, Italy, Vietnam, China, and Malta. She has run workshops and delivered seminars and webinars on a range of ELT topics both in Europe and Asia. Flo has worked for a number of ELT school groups including seven years at International House in a range of roles, and is currently the National Geographic Learning ELT Sales Executive for Central and Eastern Europe. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, reading psychological thrillers, and sampling wines from around the world.

Anastasia Mouser

Anastasia moved to Prague in 2012 after graduating from the University of Washington with a B.A. in English language and literature with an emphasis on creative writing. She spent the last decadeteaching English to young learners before joining the BRIDGE team in 2022, where she enjoyscombining her passions for writing and teaching.

Liam Peach

Liam Peach is originally from Britain. For several years he has been working as a writer, editor and speaker for Bridge Publishing House and National Geographic Learning. His teacher-trainingworkshops focus on life in English-speaking countries and introducing modern teaching methods intoeveryday lessons.

Mirjana Zubak Mičetić

Croatian professional with extensive experience in teaching English and Croatian languages. She has worked in various educational settings, including primary and secondary schools, language schools, and adult education centres. Curently she is working in primary education in Samobor, Croatia, teaching both lower and higher primary levels. She has also worked as a real estate agent, facilitating property transactions thus having experience in professional business surroundings, too. Mirjana’s educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in English and Croatian language and literature, various certificates in different teaching aspects, court translator and certified real estate agent. She is skilled in communication, organization, teaching, and learning technologies. She possesses a range of competencies such as social skills, organizational skills, technical skills, and artistic abilities. Mirjana is a member of HUPE, Croatian Association of Teachers of English and experienced English language translator.

David Fisher

David Fisher is the founder and director of The Bear Educational Theatre in Prague, the most productive and longest-running English theatre in the region. He has worked as an English teacher in various institutions and has led teacher-training workshops at conferences and OUP tours. He is also a professional actor with over fifty theatre and film credits theatre and film productions.
David specializes in taking practices from the world of entertainment and applying them to classroom teaching. The aim is to make lessons more effective by making them more entertaining.

Sylvie Doláková

Sylvie Dolakova is a teacher trainer focusing on working with children aged 3 – 15, with more than 25 years of experience. She specialises in teaching English through art and stories, publishes books and story-based teaching sets for children (Pearson ELT Teachers‘ Award for the best innovation). She presents at conferences and webinars all around the world, she has also worked as an ELT consultant (NILE, Norwich, British Council etc.).

Zuzana Čerňáková

Zuzana Čerňáková has been an English (EFL) teacher for 15 years, having started as a Cambridge English student. She benefitted immensely from her Cambridge English qualifications throughout her life and career and so she recently joined Cambridge University Press and Assessment in its mission to provide and promote quality English education in the country. Aglika Dobreva

Aglika Dobreva has been teaching general English, EAP and seminars in linguistics at Konstantin Preslavsky University ofShumen. Her academic interests are in teaching EAP, languageand culture, translation, cognitive linguistics, Urban linguistic landscape studies. She is a member of BETA- IATEFL (Bulgarian English Teachers’ Association).

Martina Weissbergerová

Martina Weissbergerová has been woking at Oxford University Press since 2022. She studied English philology at University of Ostrava and after her studies she worked as an English teacher for several language schools, focusing mainly on beginner learners. She also tutored high school students and taught English privately and mostly online.


Andrea Záhumenská

Andrea Zahumenska is currently the Director of Studies at the Bridge English Language Centre in Bratislava, Slovakia.  She has presented at a number of ELT conferences and delivered a range of external training sessions to English teachers. Andrea holds a Trinity TESOL Diploma and has recently gained EMCC coaching accreditation. She believes that teachers can and do make a real difference to students‘ lives and that they can have a positive influence on students that resonates beyond the classroom.  She also believes that teaching is a dynamic and evolving profession and that the best teachers believe in lifelong learning and continually strive for personal development.
